Dog House Treat Box Turned People House Cookie Box

Happy Thursday!

Last week Wolfgang asked me to make a little house-themed welcome home gift for friends of his that have been on vacation.

I decided to use my dog house treat box template. Wolfgang chose the colors--Certainly Celery, Pixie Pink, and Rich Razzleberry. Of course, this project involved baking too!

Here is the front of the house with the little matching 'Welcome Home' card (I got the idea for the card from my friend Jean's card) and cookies:

Side and back view (both sides are the same):

The fence & butterfly are MS punches, the sunflower & card roof eave are SU punches, and the little flowers were made with an EKSuccess punch. The grill was cut from a piece of patterned paper. The wreath is from the Vintage Labels stamp set and the bird/branch from the Silhouette Sentiments stamp set (both retired).

Thanks for stopping by.

Just when I thought it couldn't get any cuter, you did it! I loved it as a Dog House treat box...I adore it as a People House cookie box! The little details are just perfect...the wreath, the BBQ grill, the picket fence! You are so creative!

Oh my! You did such a great job with that card and treat box! I don't think you used a die cut machine either (like I did!). Very clever, Lisa, very clever and creative.

Oh, Lisa!

Regina
