Reese's Daisies

Happy Sunday!

I am amazed it has been over two weeks since I last posted.

Thursday evening I attended a crop night and took a little gift for everyone.

I used the large and medium sized daisies from the Sizzix Daisy die and put a mini Reese's peanut butter cup in the center.  The flowers were in a basket so each person could choose the color she liked.

I got the idea to make these from the sunflower that Regina sent for Wolfgang.

Thanks for stopping by.  I hope to get back to posting again more often.  I do have a few projects in the works, but I can't seem to get anything finished!

OCL121 - Summer Fun!

Happy Saturday!

Today's card is for this week's Our Craft Lounge's Summer Fun challenge.

I did a lot of fussy cutting and paper piecing for this shadowbox card:

The card base is Bashful Blue and I used sand paper for the sand.  The fun stamp set is OCL's Life's a Beach.

OCL120 and PCP 3D167

Happy Thursday!

Today's project combines two challenges:  Our Craft Lounge's School's Out or Graduation theme and PaperCraftPlanet's Decorate a Brown Bag theme.

Supplies used:  OCL Say it Big Stamp Set & Judith Star Stick Stamp, Daffodil Delight & Marina Mist Inks, and Cuttlebug Schoolhouse Die.

As I did not have a brown paper bag to decorate, I made my own treat bag.  I took apart this:

I used the opened box as a template and traced it on Kraft CS.

Gift from Regina

Happy Monday!

Today I am sharing the beautiful gift I received from Regina:

What a surprise it was to open the box and see the gorgeous lavender card, candy dish, and tea cup along with yummy Milka chocolates!  There are so many lovely details, including the pretty scalloped border and stamped image in the bottom of the tea cup.

And, Regina is too sweet, she sent a gift for Wolfgang too!  Look at this beautiful sunflower (made with the Sizzix Daisy Die) with a chocolate in the middle:

Thank you so very much!
