Happy Scenes Shaker Gift Tag/Ornament and Side-Step Card

Happy Monday!

Today I have two fun Shaker Gift Tags/Ornaments and a Side-Step Card using the Happy Scenes Stamp Set.

Let's first take a look at the Shaker Gift Tags/Ornaments:

I used the Circle Framelits to create the snow globe and the window box die from the Heath & Home Thinlits for the base. The Petite Petals punch was used for the poinsettia. There is a tutorial on SCS for creating Die Cut Shakers. I did follow the tutorial, through I changed it up a bit with different supplies.

To avoid having the sequins stick, I rubbed corn starch along the inside edges.

Here is the Side-Step Card using Cucumber Crush:

You can see the similar Fall-themed version I made for my October Thank You Cards by clicking here.

Here is the back view of the card:

Thank you Diana for loaning your Happy Scenes Stamp Set to me so I had German sentiments to use!

Thanks for stopping by!

Supplies used:  Basic Black, Cucumber Crush, Real Red, and Whisper White CS, Cucumber Crush DSP, Memento Tuxedo Black Ink, Basic Rhinestones, Doilies, Petite Petals Punch, Circles Framelits, Health & Home Thinlits, and Happy Scenes Stamp Set

Those are some upscale shaker tags that I'm sure the recipient will hang from the Christmas tree to continue to enjoy. Your card is just lovely...swoon... Thank you so much for always leaving me kind words. I appreciate you! It's such a treat to know we've been blog/crafty friends for all these years :) Merry Christmas to you and Wolfgang!
